Dragon’s Green Livery

The livery yard is situated in a quiet rural location on the outskirts of the village of Dragons Green, near Horsham. We have 15 livery boxes and about 32 acres of all-year-round turnout, subject to weather conditions, and we also have the advantage of indoor turnout, if it gets really bad!

The yard is a secure area; various methods are deployed to maintain security, and we live on site. The facilities and standards of care for both horse and rider are high - just call, book a visit and you will agree!

We have an all-weather 60m x 20m sand school, built to BHS standards, which is an absolute treat to ride on! See the services page for more detail.

There is direct access to an very extensive network of hacking in the surrounding area, with many cross-country jumps (see gallery page) and the Downs link bridle path is also close by. The South Downs are approximately a 20 minute box ride away and Coombelands about 15 minutes’ drive. Hickstead, Oldencraig, Sands Farm, Ardingly, Belmordean Dressage and Royal Leisure Centre are all within easy driving distance.

Besides the facilities and care that you would expect from a high quality livery yard, there is also the opportunity to develop your horse through schooling; just let us know your requirements. Above all, we offer peace of mind. You can be sure that whether you are away or at home, your horse will always receive top quality care. We also have full public liability insurance.

Hunting locally is with The Crawley & Horsham Hunt. Knepp Castle Polo Club is less than a mile from the property, and Cowdray Park and Hurtwood Park are both within easy driving distance. See links page for more information.
